The Esports Trade Association to Launch First-of-its-Kind Complimentary Esports Leadership Program

Esports Trade Association’s partnership with The Coca-Cola Company brings industry experts together to offer a complimentary 12-month leadership program to chapter leaders.

[Chicago, IL] – The Esports Trade Association (ESTA) is announcing the first-of-its-kind immersive leadership training program available complimentary and exclusively to ESTA members, chapter leaders, and committee leaders across the globe. 

This unique 12-month program powered by The Coca-Cola Company combines workshops with industry leaders and one-on-one coaching tackling leadership topics such as leading through change, managing high-performing teams, building lasting relationships, and leadership in marketing.  

“Through this leadership program, we aim to ignite the spark of leadership in the next generation to become effective leaders both within and outside the esports industry,” said Rachel Chahal, Director of Amusement and Entertainment Partnerships at Coca-Cola and EsportsNext 2024 Event Chair.

“Over the years, this community has grown into such a talented group within the industry who are passionate about education as a lifelong journey. Part of this path is having the courage to step up and lead the charge.
