Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a credit or an exchange and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Upon approval after receiving your refund request, we will process your credit or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the date of your refund request to process your credit or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your account. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


All membership cancelations must have a 30-day written notice. The notice must be sent via email to [email protected]. Refunds for membership cancelations are not provided. 


Any return or refund requests for conference tickets must be sent via email to [email protected] 72 hours/3 days before the event starts for a credit or exchange. 

All returns, with the exception of the EsportsNext conference, must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. To return a digital item, email us at [email protected] to process your credit or exchange. If it is a physical product, please place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Upon receipt of the return of the physical product, we will process your refund.
