Tell us about your company!

We are a European professional esports organisation who takes pride in supporting our players, teams & staff members whilst they progress to their goals within esports. We provide a “family” feel organisation whilst maintaining a strong business-like structure to ensure we continue to push & drive forward. We heavily believe in building a community around us and always engaging with everyone around us.

Why did your company get involved in the esports industry?

To provide a better, safer place to drive esports careers forward without fear of exploration or false promises.

Since your company entered the esports industry, what has been the biggest industry change or trend that you’ve seen?

How swiftly the industry has increased in its size, numbers and how esports is becoming a much more acceptable career path to take.

What work has the company has already done within the esports industry? What do you see as the company’s biggest win since you started?

We have built partnerships up with a university in the Netherlands (In Holland) and work closely to offer students an opportunity/entrance into the esports world whilst still studying and gaining valuable experience in the industry. We also partner with Kayzr who are a EU based tournament platform which allows us to create ‘grass root’ events to engage with the community around us. Our biggest win was our invitation to the “Belgian League” which is a fully sponsored League of Legends event by RIOT which is the only path to the European Masters event within our region.

How do you plan to dominate the space?

To continue as above whilst also adding value to our sponsors and partners by being transparent and taking an out-of-the-box thought process to push brand awareness.

What would your company like to see the esports industry do better?

Provide better support to people who are new to the industry, better support the education sector to ensure young esports enthusiasts have a guided path into the scene.

What does your company imagine the state of the esports industry will be like in 10 years and where do you imagine your company in that space?

I truely believe my company will be competing with some of the biggest organisations in the world whilst still continuing to provide engagement to our community. The esports industry I believe will be an official sport globally and will be an official Olympic game.
