Workshops

The Leadership certification program is designed as a 12-month course with workshops once a month. Sessions will feature a speaker and topic related to personal and professional growth led by a facilitator. Through guided questions, the facilitator will hit key points that will be relevant to the participants' learning. After the topic discussion, those joining the session live will have opportunities to ask the guest speaker questions to help further their understanding of the topic.

Description: The Facilitator and Guest Speaker will discuss the importance of leadership in marketing. Marketing leaders are responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that will help the organization achieve its goals. Chapter Leaders can also use marketing strategies to recruit new members and engage existing members.

Description: The Facilitator and Guest Speaker will discuss the importance of value for members through their member stories, such as feeling part of the community, networking, access to unique opportunities, and research.

Description: The Facilitator and Guest Speaker will discuss the importance of team development, such as improved communication and better decision-making, and how to clarify roles and responsibilities using the RACI framework and leveraging GRPI to build and manage effective teams through communication and collaboration.
