The Leadership certification program is designed as a 12-month course with workshops once a month. Sessions will feature a speaker and topic related to personal and professional growth led by a facilitator. Through guided questions, the facilitator will hit key points that will be relevant to the participants' learning. After the topic discussion, those joining the session live will have opportunities to ask the guest speaker questions to help further their understanding of the topic.

Description: The facilitator will begin by discussing the importance of relationships in leadership, such as developing trust, improving communication, and creating a supportive and inclusive environment for their team. The session will also focus on empathy and compassion and how to use the two as a stepping stone to leadership.
