Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a credit or an exchange, and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis. Please see below for more information on our return and refund policy.
 
 
REFUNDS
 
Upon approval after receiving your refund request, we will process your credit or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the date of your refund request to process your credit or exchange. We will notify you by email when your credit or exchange has been processed.
 

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

All membership cancellations must have a 30-day written notice. The notice must be sent via email to info@esportsta.org. Refunds for membership cancellations are not provided. You may request a credit or an exchange.

If you have been included in the printed version of the EsportsNext Magazine membership directory, please note that the value of this listing is $500. In such cases, we may issue a partial refund equal to the difference between your membership fee and the directory listing value. Alternatively, you may choose to extend your membership to two years for the price of one year.

ESPORTSNEXT CONFERENCE TICKETS

Any return or refund requests for conference tickets must be sent via email to info@esportsta.org 72 hours/3 days before the event starts for a credit or exchange. 

RETURNS
 
All returns, with the exception of the EsportsNext conference, must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. To return a digital item, email us at info@esportsta.org to process your credit or exchange. If it is a physical product, please place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Upon receipt of the return of the physical product, we will process your refund.
