Our mission is to unify, serve, and ethically advance the business interests and sustainability of the esports industry. Our vision is to be a community with the talent, infrastructure, and investment that drives the success of esports businesses.

ESTA Chapter Mission 

The ESTA Chapter's mission is to create a strong esports ecosystem in the region. The goal is to establish a proper infrastructure and foster collaboration between all industry stakeholders in the area and serve as a bridge that helps local organizations and business professionals network, learn, and succeed within the esports industry.

The ESTA Puerto Rico Chapter is here to be a player at the world stage of esports. Puerto Rico is a great destination point for International Majors. The community level has a lot of talent in all sides of esports, from the players themselves to the development and business. We strive to stand for Puerto Rico and stake our flag in the esports Industry.

What inspired you to start this chapter?

The ability to grow with the expanding industry of esports and to bring opportunity & structure in education, business, and gaming to Puerto Rican students.

With this chapter, what impact do you anticipate making on the local community?

We plan to make impacts in various ways throughout the community. From tournaments, to school clubs & education, to networking or career opportunities; we plan to grow the esports industry as a whole while building a strong thriving community.

What will this chapter's mission be?

Our mission is to grow the expansion of esports in Puerto Rico on an international and local level. We will grow the esports community and network in Puerto Rico by helping set standards in education and events.

What type of events will this chapter have?

Networking opportunities, school clubs for gaming and education, gaming, in-person & virtual events.

How often do you anticipate meeting as a chapter per year?

As board members we will stay in communication weekly. As a larger group we plan on building and hosting local college tournaments, networking events, and inperson-virtual discussions through discord. These will take place starting at least 1 chapter event every 2 months, to progressing once a month and adding in other channels/events as the year goes on.
