U.S. visa applications are complex. Esports makes them more so – immigration officers don’t always understand the industry, and that’s where ESTA comes in. As the leading trade association in esports, our letters of consultation carry real credibility. We’ve issued hundreds of them for top-tier athletes, teams, and professionals.
No legal fees, no guesswork – just a strong letter of support signed by ESTA leadership, ready to file with your petition.
We issue consultation letters for the following U.S. visa categories. Not sure which one fits? Reach out and we'll point you in the right direction.
For individual esports athletes with a demonstrated record of extraordinary ability — competition results, rankings, sponsorships, or awards that set them apart from the field.
For streamers, shoutcasters, game developers, content creators, and other creatives in esports with international recognition for their work.
For coaches, managers, producers, and key support staff who are integral to an O-1 holder’s performance, production, or competition activities in the U.S.
For teams or individual players coming to the U.S. to compete in major tournaments or events, with a record of international recognition.
For coaches, analysts, managers, and other personnel providing critical support to a P-1A athlete or team competing in the U.S.
For esports professionals with highly specialized knowledge — analysts, engineers, developers — sponsored by a U.S. employer.
For esports professionals or support staff visiting the U.S. for meetings, networking, trade shows, or short-term business obligations.
We can provide industry support letters for select visa types beyond those listed above, as well as invoicing for multiple candidates. Contact us at info@esportsta.org.
This isn't a legal service. It's an industry credential.
All fees are non-refundable. ESTA members save on every tier.
