Our Chapters provide the opportunity to meet, learn, grow, and enhance the local esports community and grow business in the area. Each chapter establishes its own leadership team to carry out the organization's objectives on a local level, providing members with programs, events, and networking opportunities. Together, the Association and local chapters can work together to carry out its mission to unify, serve, and ethically advance the business interests and sustainability of the esports industry.

The Chapter founder is responsible for managing chapter events, recruitment, and sponsorships, unless another individual has been designated for these leadership roles. Additionally, each chapter is required to host a minimum of two (2) meetings or events per year, such as networking or educational sessions, to promote ESTA and engage our members.
There is a $3,500 one-time fee for a regional, US-based chapter. For a chapter to be successful, we recommend a minimum of $2,000 in sponsorships and/or donations per year to cover chapter expenses, including recruitment and events. The chapter's leaders are to secure sponsorships for your chapter events.
Your chapter will be going through a 3-month probationary period before reaching official status. After a 3 month probationary period, the official status will be reviewed and determined by the board of directors and ESTA staff.
The Esports Trade Association shall provide specific services and benefits to the Chapter by:
- ESTA shall serve as the fiscal sponsor for the Chapter under a fiscal sponsorship arrangement.
- Making available to the Chapter the working knowledge and experience of our team in the promotion, development, and preservation of the esports industry.
- Providing support, guidance, and promotion of events and activities.
- Providing opportunities for individuals to participate as members of our Board of Directors and/or our committees.
- Providing such additional services and benefits to Chapters as the Esports Trade Association may determine to provide from time to time during the term of the agreement.
Esports Trade Association shall make the following benefits and programs available to its members:
- All publications published by Esports Trade Association relevant to the membership category; and
- Access to exclusive programs and services offered by Esports Trade Association as may be in effect from time to time.
