ESTA Chapter Mission 

The ESTA Chapter's mission is to create a strong esports ecosystem in the region. The goal is to establish a proper infrastructure and foster collaboration between all industry stakeholders in the area and serve as a bridge that helps local organizations and business professionals network, learn, and succeed within the esports industry.

What inspired you to start this chapter?

Esports Awareness and Growth

With this chapter, what impact do you anticipate making on the local community?

By leading the Esports Trade Association’s Dallas–Frisco–Fort Worth chapter, XP League Frisco can spark real, local impact: more coach-led youth programs that build teamwork and digital skills; practical career pathways through internships in IT, streaming, and event production; safer, healthier gaming habits via parent education and codes of conduct; broader access with girls’ and scholarship initiatives; and new foot traffic for neighborhood schools, venues, and small businesses through clinics, showcases, and tournaments that bring the community together.

What type of events will this chapter have?

Our ESTA Dallas–Frisco–Fort Worth chapter will host a steady mix of community-building events: quarterly showcases and LAN tournaments with shout-casting and sponsor activations; skills clinics for players and coach bootcamps; parent and school academies on safety, program setup, and funding; career and creator nights that teach streaming, production, IT, and marketing.

What will this chapter's mission be?

To grow a safe, inclusive, and future-ready esports ecosystem across Dallas–Frisco–Fort Worth by connecting youth, families, schools, and local businesses through coach-led play, education, and community events.

How often do you anticipate meeting as a chapter per year?
