The ESTA Elevator Pitch Competition is the perfect opportunity to submit your idea for the chance to present it to a crowd of industry professionals. Open to ESTA members and conference attendees only.

Any return or refund requests for conference tickets must be sent via email to [email protected] 72 hours/3 days before the event starts for a credit or exchange.

Throughout the year, ESTA seeks applications from the esports industry for panels and keynote speakers to appear at our conferences, clubhouses and webinars. Please apply below in order to be considered for a speaking opportunity.

For your convenience, we've created a letter template for you to share with your boss 5 benefits of attending the conference.

Currently, there are no virtual opportunities to attend the EsportsNext conference.

Hyatt Centric Magnificent Mile Hotel is located near the following airports:
Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD) is 18 miles from the hotel (approximately 40 minutes).
Chicago Midway International Airport (MDW) is 13 miles from the hotel (approximately 30 minutes).

Safety & COVID-19 FAQ

ESTA is not requiring COVID-19 vaccination for you to attend the conference.

Currently, the City of Chicago is in Phase 5 of their reopening plan and is still fully open with no capacity limits on sporting games, live concerts, meetings/social events, restaurants, etc. However, effective Friday, August 20th, the City of Chicago is mandating facial coverings in all indoor public spaces, including banquet and meeting spaces.  At the hotel we will continue to follow the City of Chicago guidelines should the City mandate more restrictions. The following is what the Hotel is doing to continue to protect against COVID-19 and what you can expect while attending your upcoming meeting with us:

  • All meeting space is sanitized daily
  • High touchpoints sanitized in public space every hour
  • Hand sanitizer station set at the start of all buffets and in all meeting spaces
  • Disposable gloves are available at the start of all buffets
  • Masks required for ALL team members
  • Individual PPE Kits at check-in (upon request)
  • Housekeeping service in guestroom (upon request with front desk)
  • Masks required for ALL guests in public areas of the hotel (including all fully vaccinated guests)

Federal law requires all customers and employees wear masks over their nose and mouth while on ORD Airport property, including any facilities or vehicles on airport property.
