Each attendee will need to register for the conference.

We offer early-bird conference pricing through February 6, 2020, for both members and non-members.

How do I become a speaker for this conference?

To be considered for a speaking opportunity please contact the ESTA Office at info@esportsta.org. The ESTA accepts proposals from the industry for speakers and panelists to speak during our conferences, webinars, and podcasts throughout the year.

What is ESTA’s conference registration cancellation policy?

The registration fee is due at the time of registration. Cancellations emailed to the ESTA Office (info@esportsta.org) by 5:00 pm CST on Monday, March 16, 2020, are eligible for a refund of the registration fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations received after the cancellation deadline. A member may transfer their registration to another member at any time without penalty.
