Logitech Riding Esports, Video Collaboration Secular Growth Trends
Logitech International (LOGI) is seeing a lift from several long-term secular trends, led by esports and video collaboration.
Logitech Chief Executive Bracken Darrell says those trends allowed Logitech to outperform in the holiday quarter and gave him confidence to raise guidance for the current quarter.
The PC and mobile device peripherals maker late Monday reported financial results for its fiscal third quarter ended Dec. 31.
Logitech earned 79 cents a share, up 22% year over year in the period. Sales climbed 6% to $864 million. Wall Street expected it to earn 67 cents a share on sales of $860 million.
