Esports Awareness and Growth
By leading the Esports Trade Association’s Dallas–Frisco–Fort Worth chapter, XP League Frisco can spark real, local impact: more coach-led youth programs that build teamwork and digital skills; practical career pathways through internships in IT, streaming, and event production; safer, healthier gaming habits via parent education and codes of conduct; broader access with girls’ and scholarship initiatives; and new foot traffic for neighborhood schools, venues, and small businesses through clinics, showcases, and tournaments that bring the community together.
Our ESTA Dallas–Frisco–Fort Worth chapter hosts a steady mix of community-building events: quarterly showcases and LAN tournaments with shout-casting and sponsor activations; skills clinics for players and coach bootcamps; parent and school academies on safety, program setup, and funding; career and creator nights that teach streaming, production, IT, and marketing
The chapter meets four to six times per year.
